It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to the Matthews Woman’s Club Service League website which highlights our heritage and service to the community.
As long as I have lived in Matthews (since 2001), I have been aware of the many ways this Club has given back and supported the community. Becoming a member introduced me to an organization and membership that truly is a sisterhood that cares deeply for Matthews and each other.
Although a Charlotte native, Matthews is special to me – full of good friends and all types of opportunities for fun and community engagement.
In addition to the Matthews Woman’s Club Service League, I have also served on the Matthews Historical Preservation Advisory Committee, Matthews Historical Foundation, Mecklenburg County Historic Landmarks Commission, and Matthews Playhouse Board of Directors.
If you are interested in serving your community, making friends, and having fun, please consider joining our organization.
